Just In Time Tech: No Post, Just Visuals

Since I'm doing a workshop on Visual Literacy at the NYSCATE conference this coming weekend, I thought I'd 'test drive' one of the websites I'll be sharing, Slide . Nope, no review, just a share. Enjoy!

It IS All About Me!

Why 'Just in Time Tech'? Because at the speed at which we are bombarded with apps & integration ideas & ed tech issues I feel that it's vital that we stop (my Tech Motto is 'Reduce, Reuse, Recycle') & digest all this information. This blog will help me to make sense of all that is happening. And if, on occasion, I wander from my focus that's O.K. because, after all, this IS 'life in perpetual beta'!

My name is Nancy Sharoff and currently I teach 2nd grade in New York. I also teach graduate level courses online in areas of Ed Tech, Cyberbullying, Math, and Children's Literature. I've presented at local, state, national, and virtual (Second Life) on a variety of topics, the latest (and my most recent passion) on Visual Literacy. I'm also proud to call myself a Google Certified Teacher and a STAR DEN Educator, as well as a DEN Guru in Visual Literacy.
